Chennai-based Eonour software has acquired the intellectual proerty rights (IPRs) and goodwill associated with two web-based products from Infosoft Technet, a company based in Indore. According to a release, the first product is a mult-lingal concept site called e-dunia. The site will offer 10 languages for chat and e-mail. The second product - e-olex - is a real time scalable trading engine designed for online trading. e-olex can automate the operations of regional stock exchanges and be customized for any kind of order matching system.
