Eonour Software Ltd has acquired intellectual property rights (IPRs)
and goodwill associated with two web-based products - e-dunia and e-olex
- from Infosoft TechNet Pvt Ltd for Rs 78.6 lakh. E-dunia is a multi-lingual
concept site offering 10 regional languages for chat and e-mail. This
site will be merged into eonour's B2B portal, which is to be launched
in the second week of May. The second product, e-olex is a real-time scalable
trading engine designed specifically for online trading. |
