Eonour Technologies Limited (ETL), an ISO 9001:2000 certified, technology solutions provider has posted an impressive quarter.

For the quarter ending December 03, the turnover was Rs 2831 lakhs as against Rs 2542 lakhs for the same quarter last year - a 11.37% increase. The net profit was up by 12.85% from Rs 540.07 lakhs in the quarter December 02 to Rs 609.46 in the quarter December 03.

Eonour is a Chennai based total solutions provider with focus on enterprise application integration (EAI) arena. With core expertise in Supply Chain Management, eonour's suite of products addresses each aspect in the chain: the supplier, logistics, manufacturer, distributor and customer.

Eonour, by virtue of its performance and quality deliveries has garnered prestigious clients including: Hyundai Motors, Hero Honda, Kinetic Engineering, L&T (LTM Business Unit), UPS Singapore, JBM Sungwoo etc.

Over the last 1.5 years, Eonour has been focusing on consolidating its position in the technology solutions market. This has seen the acquisition of 4 technology entities, who have now been merged into a single entity called STADS Limited. STADS addresses the networking business sphere including LAN, WAN design etc, which is complementary to Eonour's software application solutions.

This acquisition has strengthened Eonour's position and thus addressing a wider business segment by offering system integration solutions.

Further streamlining is in process.

STADS World Limited, ETL's subsidiary will take over the export and deemed export business of ETL. This will help in a greater focus on the company operations in order to capitalize on the growing business. It will also attract strategic investors.

Eonour Businessway Limited (EBL) another fully-owned subsidiary of ETL will be taking over ETL's South East Asian Businesss, which is again to consolidate the operations process and investment prospects abroad.

Eonour is also in the process of extending its application development capacity. Eonour is coming out with an ERP, which will complement its current suite of SCM products.
