I Trigger, Linux, WebnetTech merged with STADS, Eonour Tech's earlier acquisition

Eonour had acquired 4 tech companies in July Last year on stock swap basis. Out of the acquired companies, three Pondicherry based software companies, iTrigger, Linux and WebnetTech have been merged with its earlier acquisition, System Telecom And Data Services Private Limited (STADS).

Setup in 1999, ITrigger has in-depth industry experience and technical insight in multiple fields. ITrigger's provides complete solutions to an organization's technology needs. The major products include inventory management solutions suite that could be customized to use in Fuel Stations, hotels or health-care or for any industry for that matter.

WEBNET TECH's primes focus is on technology automation solutions to the small and medium scale segment (SME) that enhance the overall performance of the enterprises. WebnetTech's expertise lies in both Microsoft and java platforms and the main products are targeted to automate business-computing environment.

Linux's focus lies in Customized Application Development, Data Migration, DB performance tuning, System integration and GIS products. Linux's expertise comprises of developing of Internet solutions coupled with advanced technology in a range of fields.

The merged entities under STADS have clocked a sales of Rs 10072.74 Lakhs for March 2003 with a net of Rs 1623.17 Lakhs. The merger order is effective from 1st October 2002.
